How to Order
Find what you are looking for
There are various ways to find what you are looking for:
- Browse the store catalogue using the "Categories" menu on the top-left.
- Use the "Product search" feature on the top of the Home Page to quickly find what you are looking for.

- Read more information about the brands that we provide in the section "About Brands".
- Click the "Add to Bag" button to save your selected item for later purchasing. Your basket contents will be saved as long as you continue to browse our website.
- When you are ready, click the "Go to Checkout" button or click the "Shopping Bag" and then click the "Checkout" button.
- If you've ordered from us before or have a registered account you can sign in using your e-mail address and password by clicking the button "Sign in to use address book" and select your shipping address.
- If you're a new customer, simply complete the form with your shipping details. Don't forget to select or enter your correct State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, Country and correct Phone number.
- If you have an error message "Wrong zip/postal code for the given country/state/city" or "Sorry, we do not ship to this location" try reselecting or retyping your correct State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, Country.
- Check or select your delivery method in the section "Choose delivery method". Delivery method and shipping cost depend on your location and shipping address. Once you have completed this, then click the "Continue" button.
- Check your payment method and billing address. Sign In or create a new account by filling in the form with your e-mail and new password and click the "Continue" button.
- You will be redirected to the secured PayPal Payment website for processing of your payment using your credit card or PayPal account. Read more about Payment and PayPal »
- After payment is complete please do not close the window and you MUST ensure you are redirected back to Mayfair Export where the store will register your order status as "Payment complete".
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been completed successfully and that items are being prepared for shipping.
- You can check the Payment Status and the Fulfilment Status of your order at any time by Signing In at the top right of every page.
